Culinary Tour of Frankfurt

An exciting culinary expedition through Frankfurt with odd and interesting facts on regional delights and food products. The participants will be equipped with what the locals call a Dutt (Hessian for “bag”), in which they will collect their culinary souvenirs.

The program includes several tasting stops that may be adapted to individual requests: for example, Hesse’s state drink, „Ebbelwoi” (apple cider), Frankfurt’s „Grie Soß” (“green sauce,” an herb sauce), sweets wie „Bethmännchen” (a type of pastry), „Frankfurter Kranz” (crown cake), or „Handkäse Deluxe” (a sour-milk cheese).
